Now in its third year, the Back to School AI Summit brings together teachers, school leaders, and the EdTech innovators shaping the future of artificial intelligence in education.
The AI Educator Summit was launched by Dan Fitzpatrick in 2024 to give educators around the world a single, free, online destination for the most important conversations in AI and education. In two years it has become the largest free online AI conference for educators on the planet.
In 2025 it brought together 3,600+ registered educators from 146 countries with 5,761 total live viewers and 23,900+ YouTube impressions. Attendees came from across K-12 and higher education — teachers, principals, superintendents, district leaders, instructional coaches, EdTech professionals, and school governors.
2026 is the third annual edition and the largest yet, with 50+ speakers across two full days — Day 1 (Teacher Summit, September 8) for classroom practitioners and Day 2 (Leadership Summit, September 9) for school and district leaders.
