Conduct

Code of Conduct

The Back to School AI Summit is for every educator. We are committed to making it a welcoming, respectful, and safe environment for all participants — attendees, speakers, partners, and staff.

Our Principles

1. Be welcoming and inclusive

The summit brings together educators from 146+ countries, every level of education, and every stage of their AI journey. Treat every attendee, speaker, and partner with the same respect.

2. Be respectful in chat and Q&A

Disagree with ideas, never with people. Critique respectfully. We want every voice — students, new teachers, experienced leaders — to feel safe contributing.

3. Protect student privacy

Do not share student names, identifiable images, screen recordings, or anything that could identify minors during sessions, in chat, or on social media.

4. Engage in good faith

Don't spam, don't promote unrelated products, don't run scams, don't harvest contact details. Sponsors and partners have dedicated channels for promotion.

5. Credit other people's work

If you share a strategy, lesson, or framework you learned from someone else, name them. Our community grows stronger when we pass credit forward.

Reporting an Issue

If you experience or witness behaviour that violates this Code of Conduct, please tell us. We take every report seriously.
